Reiki has completely transformed my life, I genuinely believe that if all beings knew how to access Reiki, the world would absolutely be a better place. To have access to Reiki and use it to help heal either yourself or others, or just to have as another tool in your tool kit, can be so transformative.

I am so excited to host my Reiki Level 1 teachings in my beautiful studio space in Hackney Downs. Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) is focussed on strengthening your personal energy and teaching you how to access Reiki (universal energy)

You will learn the Reiki fundamentals and how to practice on yourself and others. Due to the intimate class size of 2, there will be plenty of time to practice and ask questions so that you feel confident in your Reiki practice.

I am so incredibly excited to be teaching Reiki Level 2 Okuden, which is all about the Inner teachings. This course is for those who have already studied Reiki Level 1 with either myself or another Reiki Master (please note that I will need to see your Reiki Level 1 certificate.)

In Reiki level 2 we will learn how to improve your flow of Reiki, develop your own healing path and connection to Reiki, whilst expanding your knowledge and experience. You will learn sacred symbols to enhance your Reiki and learn how to heal others as a qualified Reiki Practitioner.
You will be required to complete a series of case studies after the weekend which must be completed for certification.

The course will be beautiful and expansive, and I am so excited for all of those who join. Due to the intimate class size of 6, there will be plenty of time to practice and ask questions so that you feel confident as a Reiki practitioner.
