Reiki has completely transformed my life, I genuinely believe that if all beings knew how to access Reiki, the world would absolutely be a better place. To have access to Reiki and use it to help heal either yourself or others, or just to have as another tool in your tool kit, can be so transformative.

I am so excited to host my Reiki Level 1 teachings over the course of a weekend with an intimate group of like-minded souls in my beautiful studio space in Hackney Downs. Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) is focussed on strengthening your personal energy and teaching you how to access Reiki (universal energy)

You will learn the Reiki fundamentals and how to practice on yourself and others. Due to the intimate class size of 6, there will be plenty of time to practice and ask questions so that you feel confident in your Reiki practice.
