Black Sesame & Date - Twin Pack

For the wholefood lovers, rich, earthy and deeply decadent. A luscious black sesame and Medjool date centre, with real vanilla bean, wrapped in velvety dark chocolate and crowned with toasted black sesame.

Black sesame brings a deep, toasty richness – tiny seeds prized in traditional medicine and naturally rich in calcium, magnesium and antioxidants. Medjool dates lend caramel-like sweetness and slow-releasing energy, with no refined sugar needed. All wrapped in our organic Criollo dark chocolate, ethically sourced from Asháninka farming families in Peru.

Dates are nature's own perfect gooey caramel. An ingredient we have long admired, and are over the moon to be bringing into our rainbow of flavours. They are sticky, soft and naturally contain fibre, potassium, magnesium and an array of plant compounds and antioxidants.

Their fibre contributes to digestive function, while potassium plays an important role in muscle and nervous system support. They offer that more-ish, decadent, rich sweetness and pleasure while providing all the support for our bodies to be able to process it. To enjoy it to the fullest, without the crash.

Black Sesame seeds have been treasured as a food for thousands of years, and there is far more hiding inside these tiny seeds than their size would suggest.

Naturally rich in minerals including calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper - Sesame seeds also contain healthy unsaturated fats, plant protein and unique antioxidant compounds known as lignans. 

These nutrients play roles throughout the body, from stable energy production and nervous system function, to the maintenance of bones, connective tissue, skin and hair. They are the tiniest little portals of plant magic, that play a huge role in our overall wellbeing.
